Asset and Occupancy Management
On the commercial side, our leasing and tenancy services run from tenant sourcing and screening through lease negotiation, renewal and rent escalation to structured exit and deposit settlement.
We also provide professional administration for resident welfare associations and apartment owners’ bodies, including accounts, reserve planning, vendor contracts, AGM support and regulatory filings.
For owners based outside the country, our NRI property care service acts as custodian: periodic inspection with photographic reporting, payment of taxes and dues, tenant liaison and secure documentation management.

Project Delivery and Development
For clients seeking a single point of accountability, we take on turnkey project management consultancy spanning feasibility and design coordination, statutory approvals, tendering, contract administration and closeout.
At completion, our handover and snagging service inspects units against the agreed specification, logs and categorises defects, and pursues resolution with the developer until formal closure, so owners take possession of an asset that has been independently verified.

Maintenance and Operations
Where clients prefer execution alongside advice, our integrated facility management contracts consolidate soft and hard services under one agreement: housekeeping, security, landscaping and waste management together with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety and elevator systems.
We complement this with energy audits that assess consumption across building systems, identify inefficiencies and recommend retrofits with quantified payback periods, extending to green building certification support and ongoing utility cost optimisation.
